I work at the intersection of product and commercial execution. On the product side, that means owning the roadmap, running discovery, and driving clinical validation. On the commercial side — partnerships, market entry, pipeline, and deal close.
I’ve founded an AI health startup — running 50+ discovery interviews with clinicians, insurers, and providers, leading a 55-patient clinical validation study, and taking the product from MVP to commercial pilots — and spent four years in management consulting in diagnostics and nuclear medicine across Germany, Sweden, South Korea, and the US.
I work best when the scope is broad and the ownership is real — strategy, product, and commercial execution under one roof.
