I operate across both product and go-to-market. On the product side, I own the roadmap, run discovery, drive clinical validation, and manage cross-functional delivery. On the commercial side, I focus on partnerships, market entry, and building and closing the pipeline.
I co-founded an AI health startup, where I conducted discovery with 50+ providers, clinicians and insurers, led a 55-patient prospective clinical study, and took the product from MVP to commercial pilots —building the pipeline from scratch. Before that, I spent four years in management consulting, working on diagnostics and nuclear medicine projects across Germany, Sweden, Korea, China, and the US.
I work best when the scope is broad and the ownership is real.
