I help digital health companies launch and scale their products through clear strategy and execution. I design go-to-market plans that guide how healthcare solutions reach patients and providers, from launch through growth, and I support founders and GTM teams during execution. I also work with healthcare executives on deep market research and competitive analysis to understand the landscape, assess competitors, and turn insights into strategic action.

I co-founded Ensofy, an AI platform for mental health screening using vocal biomarkers. We ran one of Europe’s early clinical trials on vocal biomarkers under a Horizon Europe grant and screened over 1000 individuals as part of large-scale clinical validation.

Previously, I worked at a boutique healthcare consultancy in Berlin, BGM Associates, delivering strategy projects in diagnostics, medical imaging, and nuclear medicine across Europe, North America, and East Asia.
